Approaching Lake Shore Drive, we catch a glimpse of the John Hancock Tower and the northernmost part of Chicago's downtown, a surprisingly short walk away.

We look back the way we came, and then around a little bit

before emerging onto Lake Shore Drive. There, we will turn left, walking northward.

We walk north for one block, turning left onto Division, a comfortable distance away from the bars.
